Stormshot 2: Boom Blast Beginner Tips – Aim, Ricochets and Chain Reactions
Clear more Stormshot 2: Boom Blast levels with fewer shots – how to read a level, use ricochets and trigger satisfying chain reactions.
Stormshot 2: Boom BlastBeginner Tips Stormshot 2: Boom Blast is part physics puzzle, part pirate-camp builder. The puzzles are where most players get stuck, so let’s start there.
Read the level before you shoot
Every level is a little machine. Before firing, take a few seconds to look for:
- Explosive objects – barrels, crates and similar props that can blow up nearby structures.
- Unstable structures – towers or platforms that will collapse if their base is hit.
- Hard surfaces your shots can bounce off.
- Triggers – objects that set off something else when destroyed.
The best shot is rarely the obvious one aimed straight at the enemy.
Use ricochets
Many levels are designed around bouncing shots off walls and surfaces. Tips for reliable ricochets:
- Use the aiming guide to see the first part of the path.
- Think of it like billiards: the angle in equals the angle out.
- Small adjustments matter – nudge your aim a tiny bit at a time.
Chain reactions are worth it
A single well-placed shot that sets off an explosive, which topples a tower, which crushes enemies, is worth far more than three direct hits. Looking for chains is the key skill the game rewards.
When a level won’t break
- Restart and observe. Watch what moves after your first shot – it tells you how the level is built.
- Target the foundation, not the top of a structure.
- Try the “weird” angle. Levels often hide a clever solution behind an unusual bounce.
Building your camp
Between puzzles you invest loot into your camp, troops and weapons:
- Upgrade the buildings that unlock new features first, then production.
- Keep troops and cannons upgraded – they help in harder content and PvP.
- Join an alliance for help, gifts and cooperative events.
Quick tips
- Claim daily rewards and event milestones every day.
- Don’t spend premium currency on retries for easy levels – save it for event pushes.
- Take a break if you’re stuck. A fresh look often reveals the solution.
Good aim helps, but in Boom Blast, good observation clears levels.
