What are Immortals?

Immortals are your heroes. Each has skills and traits that affect battles, and building a strong squad of them is the backbone of your progress. Early advice:

• Choose a few Immortals to focus on rather than levelling every one you recruit.
• Look for synergy – some Immortals work much better together.
• Upgrade skills and gear on your main squad before branching out.

City growth

Your city produces resources, trains troops and unlocks features. A sensible early order:

1. Main city building – it gates most other upgrades.
2. Resource production – food and materials keep everything else moving.
3. Military buildings – train and upgrade troops as your Immortals grow.
4. Research – economic research early, military research once your economy is stable.
