A focused Town Center strategy for Kingshot – which requirements to prioritise, how to time speed-ups and how events can carry your upgrades.

Most of your power in Kingshot follows your Town Center level. “Rushing” it simply means upgrading only what’s required for the next level and saving everything else for later. Done right, it unlocks features and troop tiers much sooner.

Step 1: Map the requirements

Before each Town Center upgrade, open its requirements. Typically it needs certain other buildings at a set level. Write them down – that’s your only upgrade list until the Town Center is done.

Step 2: Keep builders full

  • Use your main builder on the longest required upgrade.
  • Use a second builder for the shorter requirements.
  • Never leave a builder idle, even overnight.

A second builder is one of the best early investments you can make.

Step 3: Spend speed-ups smartly

SituationUse speed-ups?
A required building is the last thing blocking the Town CenterYes
An event rewards speed-up usageYes – stack your upgrades into the event
Random non-required buildingNo
Training troops earlyUsually no

Step 4: Line up with events

Events often reward building power or speed-up usage. If an event is coming soon:

  1. Start long upgrades so they finish during the event.
  2. Save speed-ups to use while the event is active.
  3. Claim every milestone reward, then use those rewards on the next requirement.

Don’t neglect safety

Rushing makes you look stronger than your army really is. Keep a shield up during dangerous kingdom events and stay within alliance territory.

When to stop rushing

Pause the rush when:

  • Your resource production can’t keep up with costs.
  • Your troops are too weak for alliance events you want to join.
  • A big kingdom battle is coming and you need defensive strength.

Rush with a plan, and you’ll unlock the good stuff long before your neighbours.
